With specific responsibility to lead the Joint venture/production sharing (JV/PSC) organizations and Abuja Government Relations activities towards improving internal JV/PSC Business & Compliance Management, introducing business efficiency to the Governance processes, introducing an effective JV/PSC Management Information and Reporting system and most important re-positioning JV/PSC and Government Relationship Management to one that truly delivers business value for Shell.
